The Shlomo Carlebach Foundation supports and provides assistance to a variety of cultural and educational programs to perpetuate and share the teachings, stories and music of Reb Shlomo, including gatherings, concerts, and a memorial ceremony at the time of Reb Shlomo’s yahrzeit.

A special production of the songs of Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach z”l, marking the 28th yahrzeit, with the best musical artists.

Early discount tickets at 50NIS are available only at the site at the link, and for a limited time! On the evening of the show, if tickets remain, they will be sold at the box office at full price, without the discount stated on the site. Hall tickets are selling quickly. Balcony seating will be opened up and put on sale soon.

Gathering at Reb Shlomo’s Kever on the Yahrtzeit

Thursday, November 10, 2022, 15:00 – 18:00 (TBD), as well as into the evening, at Har HaMenuchot Cemetary in Jerusalem. Musical recitation of Tehillim and Mincha-Maariv prayers in memory of Reb Shlomo. Click here to view tehillim pages; See flyer of gathering and live broadcast below.

Is there another person or Rabbi whose contribution to Jewish life is celebrated by concerts? There’s music at his gravesite, kumzits, and other gatherings of his followers, who resonate with his songs, his message of Ahavat Yisrael, love of Shabbat, and Jerusalem.

Reb Shlomo opened the gates for many to uplifting and meaningful Jewish prayer, and hence the widespread use of his songs in shuls and elsewhere
